The term Ectodermal dysplasia is used to designate a heterogenous group of disorders characterised by a constellation of findings involving a primary defect of the teeth, skin and appendageal structures including hair, nails and sweat sebaceous glands. We report two cases of Ectodermal dysplasia in a family, brother and sister of hypohidrotic type.
