Abstract
In many countries, Western perspective still dominates PR education. In fact, Western perspective is not necessarily suitable to be applied in the country or region that has a different culture. This Western dominance is caused by lack of study about PR using other perspectives than the West. The scholars see the need for another perspective to develop PR education. One perspective that can take advantage of this opportunity is the Islamic perspective. The first part of this paper describes the domination of the U.S. in PR education and the critics regarding to that. The next section describes how to incorporate Islamic perspective in PR education, using study cases.
