Abstract

Plasma insulin and growth hormone concentrations have been measured by radio· immunoassay in fasting sheep and in sheep fed either a restricted amount of a concentrate diet or virtually ad libitum a variety of dried forage diets providing a wide range of energy and protein intakes. © 1971 ASEG.
