Abstract
Computer public basic courses are a series of required courses for the non-computer specialized university students. It aims to cultivate students' comprehensive application ability of computer basic knowledge and operation skills, and improve students' information literacy. With the development of the new generation of information technology, such as Internet, cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence (AI), the teaching of computer public basic courses should keep up with the pace of the times to adapt to the new development strategy. Therefore, we actively explore the educational reform of computer public basic courses, update teaching contents and ideas to meet the practical requirements of students in the new era.
