Resignificación de la práctica pedagógica en el aula: Un análisis desde el proceso de investigación-acción

Abstract

The following article refers to the documentary analysis done by some graduation projects accomplish by the master of education program in the Education Faculty of UNAB University. In the methodology research action. Its aim is to determine the coherence of the process that have been built by the educational reality related with the pedagogical practice in the classroom. In methodology, it was studied specialized literature referred to the preparation concepts of classes. Pedagogical model and pedagogical practice, by a documentary analysis, it was studied the Institutional Educative Project (PEI) and the Pedagogical Model of the different educative institutions. It was made in five (5) educational institutions in different contexts of Piedecuesta and San Juan de Giron municipalities of Santander, and in the Santa Rosa de Sur in Bolivar department, Colombia. In the results, it was identified that the planning and pedagogical practices are not coherent with the institutional pedagogical model, and that the strategies and actions of the teacher developed in the classroom have serious weaknesses of relevance.
