Abstract

The title of research study on works in the field of art aims to answer the problem about: How Uloh Abdullah efforts in reaching the peak of his profession as a Sundanese artist. The principles and tips of what he applied in the profession. And any real works that he has contributed to the art world. This is important for review considering that Uloh Abdullah is an artist who has a balance between practice (skill) and knowledge (knowledge) even though he is not an artist born from academics. It is hoped that the study of this research can answer the three questions of the above problem as much detail as possible. Not just telling the journey of the career of an artist that artists achieve and have, but more important is the acquisition of scientific studies and additional values of knowledge, insight, and enlightenment for those who read it. This is very important for students, aspiring artists, and the wider community as a learning material for the journey of life and an appreciation of how a character succeeds in his field.
