Violência Juvenil e Laço Social Contemporâneo

Abstract

RESUMO Este artigo propõe a discussão sobre o uso da violência como um modo de representação de si no social, utilizado pelos jovens da atualidade. Partindo de algumas produções culturais, busca problematizar as condições sociais com as quais os jovens se encontram no laço social atual. Parte-se da noção de que a urgência em encontrar modos de se fazer representar no social, típica da adolescência, somada ao empobrecimento das condições de construção da experiência e do esvaziamento do espaço público como espaço legítimo de representação do sujeito, acabou por incrementar a dimensão das escritas violentas na adolescência e juventude de nosso tempo.ABSTRACT The following article discusses the use of violence as a representative form used by youth in present time. By analyzing documents of culture this paper intends to investigate the social conditions in which youth finds a social bond. It considers that the urgency in finding ways of making the self representative in social order, as typical of the adolescence, added to the impoverishement of the conditions of construction of experience and empitness of public space - as a genuine space of representation - leads to the development of violence to a form of writing of self used by the adolescence and youth in nowadays.
