Abstract
OF THE DISCLOSURE A receiving blanket made from a single square piece of goods by folding up one corner partially and sewing the edges of the corner to the remainder of the blanket leav ing an opening at the top to provide a trapezodial pocket. The open portion of the pocket is just wide enough for the girth of an infant. Thus the pocket will hold the infant in position while allowing sufficient room for his legs to move.
