Abstract

The General Purpose of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), specifically regarding the protection of Copyright, is to provide support for creators to continue to create works by providing avenues by obtaining material results. Because the main purpose of the Copyright Act is to support, advance and support culture and knowledge, understanding the market, copyright, has proven the nature of the basic material related to copyright itself by providing funds for the creators, not including for other than the buyers as well as for developers who develop voluntarily between creators and users. The basis of copyright as a concept of ownership is what is meant by protection for his own work. This is the basis for the provisions, in which these works are statements from those introduced to the public.
