Abstract

Health environment in Sri Lanka is undergoing a Digital Transformation. It is important to assess the preparedness of nurses, the largest fraction of Sri Lanka’s health workforce, to work in a Digital Health environment. A study was conducted among Sri Lankan registered nurses using an online tool to assess their Digital Health Preparedness. It showed that the nurses are positively looking forward to working in a Digital Environment. However, their current level of training and the opportunities available for training are still limited.
