Abstract
Keywords: Satisfaction analysis, lecturer performance, learning facilities This study is motivated by the importance of lecturer performance and learning facilities in the success of learning and student learning outcomes. This study analyzes the satisfaction of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) study program students regarding lecturer performance and learning facilities at STIT Al-Quraniyah Manna Bengkulu. This research uses quantitative research with ex post facto research type. The population and samples in this study were PGMI Study Program students at STIT Al-Quraniyah Manna Bengkulu. The results of the study are, first, aspects of lecturer performance seen from the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy are 54.87% of students feel very satisfied, 30.12% feel satisfied, 12.75% feel quite happy, and 2.65% feel less satisfied. This means that level of student satisfaction with lecturer performance is categorized as satisfied. Second, the aspect of facilities and infrastructure is seen from three dimensions, namely, aspects of adequacy, aspects of accessibility, and aspects of the quality of facilities and infrastructure are 26.60% very satisfied, 37.12%, and 34.93 quite happy, and 1.35% less satisfied. This means that the level of student satisfaction in the aspect of facilities and infrastructure can be categorized as satisfied.
