التركيب الفضائي للبنية الحضرية والسلوك الفضائي حالة دراسية شارع المنصور الرئيسي

Abstract

يهدف البحث الى تعريف البنية الحضرية وخصائصها التركيبية وايجاد علاقة بين التركيب الفضائي للبنية الحضرية والسلوك الفضائي للافراد حيث عند تغير الخصائص التركيبية الشمولية او الموضعية للبنية الحضرية ستؤثر على ادراك الفرد للفضاء الحضري ومن ثم تغير سلوكه فيه، وتم اختيار منطقة الدراسة شارع المنصور الرئيسي (شارع مول المنصور) وذلك لما فيه من تغيرات قد حصلت في بنيته الحضرية اثرت على خصائص الشارع التركيبية وما اثر ذلك على السلوك الفضائي للمتلقي، تم اعتماد تحليل البنية بواسطة قواعد التحليل الفضائي Space syntax وتحليل السلوك الفضائي من خلال المراقبة والتحليل من قبل الباحث.The research aim to define the urban structure and its structural characteristics and to find a relationship between the spatial structure of the urban structure and the spatial behavior of individuals. When the global and local principles in space syntax of the urban structure are changed, it will affect the individual's perception of urban space and thus change his behavior. Al-Mansour main street (Mall Mansour) was elected as study case because many changes happened in its urban structure affected the characteristics of the street space syntax which affected recipient behavior, the analysis of the structure was adopted by the methods of "Space syntax" and analysis of spatial behavior through observation by the researcher.
