Abstract

Rural water environment governance is an urgent event in the increasingly serious situation of water pollution. In order to further explore the situation of rural water environment governance, this paper takes rural area in Changzhou as an example to explore its current condition, and the balanced scorecard model is used to establish a scientific and reasonable water environment governance index system from the financial dimension, customer dimension, internal operation dimension, learning and growth dimension. The weight of different dimensions is calculated by analytic hierarchy process. It is concluded that the proportion of the construction of the criterion layer is the highest (0.5648), the effectiveness of the water pollution policy formulation at the scheme layer (0.2862), and the soundness (0.1492) is the largest. Finally, according to the weight results, the corresponding suggestions for water environment governance are put forward.
