Abstract

The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article because an investigation by Addis Ababa University has concluded that the authors did not have ownership of the data that they report. Segni Bedasa and Ashebr Abraha do not agree with this retraction. Daniel Shiferaw and Tesfanesh Moges have not responded to correspondence from the Publisher about this retraction.
