Abstract

In this report, a rapid and reproducible micromethod for the simultaneous determination of PAH and creatinine in plasma is described, which employs a micropartition system to remove proteins prior to high performance reverse phase chromatographic analysis. This procedure takes into account the plasma binding of PAH in each sample under all experimental conditions. This technique has also been applied to urine samples.
