Abstract

The results of refractive surgery for post-keratoplasty astigmatism in 41 eyes are presented. Thirty-nine eyes regained a functional vision of 6/12 or better.Relieving incisions and compression sutures are the most useful procedures, but more than one operation may be required. © 1987 The Ophthalmological Society of the United Kingdom.
