Document Management System

Abstract

In this project, it is designed a Document Management System (DMS) to make web-based and systematic management and follow-up of documents in the General Directorate of Personnel of Ministry of National Education. This project aims to ensure that the decrees prepared as a result of the appointments made by the General Directorate of Personnel are kept in a safe way in electronic environment, monitored, managed and delivered to the related units. Also this application; it is designed to be used as a document management system in public institutions and universities. Web-based applications make access to content easier, reducing storage and printing costs.
