Abstract
The U.S. Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) is working with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to address several important fire protection issues affecting nuclear plants. Some of the issues covered include fire-induced circuit failures as well as programs for protection assessment and inspection.
