Abstract
We report the case of a 43-year-old man who presented with a primary cardiac leiomyosarcoma and multiple metastases. Despite the severely poor prognosis, cardiac surgery was performed as part of a multidisciplinary palliative approach, which paved the way for further chemotherapy and radiation therapy. © 2012 Forum Multimedia Publishing, LLC.
