Abstract

Early diagnosis of dementia is vital for optimum care but diagnosis rates remain patchy across the UK. Dr Benbow and colleagues describe their innovative primary care memory clinic model in Gnosall, Staffordshire, and the benefits it has brought in terms of increasing diagnosis, improved patient care and cost savings. © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
