Abstract
Magnetic reduced graphene oxide/nickel/platinum nanoparticle micromotors were developed for mycotoxin analysis in food samples. They allowed determination of fumonisin B1 (FB1) with high sensitivity and accuracy in certified reference material, beer, and wine even in the presence ochratoxin A (OTA). The micromotor‐based strategy depends on: 1) on‐the‐move capture of free aptamers by exploiting the adsorption (outer rGO layer) and catalytic (inner PtNPs layer) properties; and 2) micromotor stopped flow in just two minutes by exploiting magnetic properties (intermediate Ni layer).
