Abstract

Sabellaria bellis Hansen, 1882 and S. wilsoni Lana & Gruet, 1989 were recorded in different habitats from coastal localities of Uruguay and Argentina, between 34S and 37S, Argentinean Biogeographic Province. Local distribution patterns in relation with the hydrography are discussed. Our findings show that both species are tolerant to salinity changes.
