Abstract

The integrity of the election organizers was tarnished by the violations committed by the election organizers themselves. Therefore, a review will be carried out into the practice of violating principles by election organizers in Indonesia as well as efforts to enforce the law against violations of principles. Election. This article will examine the subject matter doctrinally or also known as normative legal research. The approaches used are statutory approaches, case approaches and conceptual approaches. The results of the study show that election organizers are an important element in realizing elections that have integrity and are in accordance with the principles and principles of election organizers. However, in practice there are still violations of principles by election organizers which are carried out in two forms, namely violations during the selection of election organizers and violations while serving as election organizers. Therefore, it is important for the central organizers to cancel and confirm in the DKPP Decision the allegations and practice of violating the principles of election management.
