Abstract

Feeding experiments have been carried out on birds and animals with perennial-ryegrass endophyte, tall-fescue endophyte, darnel endo-phyte, and the fungus that causes blind-seed disease of ryegrass. No toxic effects that could be ascribed to any of these fungi were produced in any of the experiments. © Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
