Abstract

The activity of the mentor is very responsible, multifaceted and largely determined by the personal qualities, knowledge, skills and abilities of the mentor. Skillful organization of the learning process, use of individual and group tasks, constant diversity in the learning process, which should ultimately lead to the formation of a student not only as a professional, but also as a person, are required from the mentor.
