Abstract

Points out the necessity to distinguish between absolute distance and relative distance. The author goes into details in the discussion of relative distance. Four types of relative distances are identified; they are cost distance, time distance, perceived distance, and social distance. Unlike absolute distance, relative distance is everchanging.-Shek Pui Mai
