Abstract

With the development of the times and new curriculum reform, there are high requirements for language teachers' professional quality and professional development. The paper discusses the current problems faced by language teachers in the background of college and university level in China today with some of the feasible strategies helpful to language teachers' sustainable professional development. © 2013 ACADEMY PUBLISHER Manufactured in Finland.
