Abstract

Frailty is considered often as a physical impairment in the elderly and its characteristics are weakness, weight loss, exhaustion, a decrease of the physical activity accumulating also comorbidity. It is considered the geriatric syndrome related to the aging process, declining of biological reserve that results in an increase of vulnerability for negative results including disability, hospitalization, and death.
