Abstract

Sperm agglutinating, haemagglutinating and immobilizing antibodies were detected more frequently and in higher titres in the sera of azoospermic patients with urinogenital bilharziasis than in the sera of unaffected males. There is evidence that bilharziasis enhances the autoimmune response of the individual.
