Abstract
Two new oleanane-type triterpenoids, 13,28-epoxy-23-hydroxy-11-oleanene-3- one (1) and 13,28-epoxy-21β,23-dihydroxy-11-oleanene-3-one (2), along with seven known compounds, have been isolated from the aerial parts of Buddleja asiatica Lour. All structures were elucidated by spectroscopic techniques (NMR, MS, UV, and IR). © 2008 Verlag der Zeitschrift für Naturforschung, Tübingen.
