Meningkatkan Moderasi Umat Beragama pada Masyarakat Desa Pematang Kuala di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Moderation of religious people during the COVID-19 pandemic is very important for the Pematang Kuala village community. The majority of religions owned by the people in the village are Islam and Christianity with the number of tribes, namely, 12 different tribes in the village. This is one of the things behind the writing of this article which aims to increase the moderation of religious people in the Pematang Kuala village community. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods using direct observation methods through interviews. The results of this study will show the efforts of the village government, religious leaders and the local community to be able to increase the moderation of religious communities in the village by finding solutions to prevent conflicts and divisions in society during the current pandemic, so that mutual tolerance between religious communities will be achieved. harmony and peace between religious communities in Pematang Kuala village.
