Abstract

Through the active investigation of load conditions and energy consumption of most academic buildings, combined with the characteristics of routine use of academic buildings, we designed and developed an energy-saving system for academic buildings. This project uses a microcontroller as the control chip to control the energy saving of the lighting system and temperature and humidity control system in the classrooms and hallways of the teaching building. Under the premise of meeting the daily needs of teaching and normal operation, the wasteful status of unoccupied lights and long-lasting lights is reduced. Experiments show that the design runs stably and causes a beneficial energy-saving effect, realizing energy-saving control in other stages of the teaching building.
