Abstract
A new list of chironomids recorded in the Pyrenees is presented, and utilises new information from several valleys on the French-Spanish border. The total number of chironomid species recorded in the Pyrenees is now 288.Of the 56 species cited for the first time for the Pyrenees, 12 species are also new records for France. © Masson, 1986.
