In\rthe world’s largest higher-education system, constant improvement of quality is\rthe lifeline of higher education, and it always runs through all kinds of works\rof the higher learning institutions, such as talent training, scientific\rresearch, social services, and cultural inheritance and innovation. “Great\rEducation Concept” of higher learning institutions is to put college students\runder the comprehensive social and school developmental environment and to take\rinto account of the multiple talent cultivation relations of society and\rfamily, society and school while making the external environment of teaching in\rclass and extracurricular activities compatible. Implement integral measures\rfor multiple cultivation of college student in morality, intelligence and\rsports, and continually provide socialist modernization construction with powerful\rtalent guarantee and intellectual support. In order to improve education\rquality, to carry on sunshine sports and to enhance students’ physical quality,\rthere is a need of constant reform and innovation. Improve the teaching\revaluation system through “General Student Sports Level Standard”; promote\rphysical quality monitoring management through physical health management\rplatform and improve physical health level; through development of sports\rcommunity, stress on students’ self education, pay attention\rto all-round development, and promote development and prosperity of the university\rcampus sport culture.
