Abstract
The work is devoted to the analysis of innovative technologies and practical engineering solutions in justifying and assessing the impact of digital transformation of small towns on the quality of life of its citizens. The article reveals the features of digitalization of small cities and defines its main directions. The analysis of trends and directions of the digital economy development in Russia was carried out and the need of small towns in digital services was investigated. The elements of the directions of digital transformation are reviewed and described and its impact on the quality of life of citizens is substantiated.
