The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational commitment and the work environment on employee performance. This study employs an associative research design and a quantitative approach. The population consists of 150 employees who work in the East Jakarta Shopee Express region. The sampling approach utilized was incidental sampling, and the sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula to be 60 respondents. This study's data gathering method is a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been evaluated. This study suggests that logistics employee performance can be influenced by the workplace environment and that the business is committed to attaining company goals.
