Abstract

W artykule zaprezentowano korzyści płynące z wykorzystania zarządzania sieciami powiązań międzyorganizacyjnych do budowania zwinnej organizacji opartej na wiedzy. Punktem wyjścia dla rozważań jest wskazanie pojawiających się we współczesnym otoczeniu tendencji stawiających przed organizacjami rosnące wymagania w zakresie dostosowywania się do niezwykle szybko zmieniających się warunków funkcjonowania. Sukces we wdrażaniu modelu zwinnej organizacji opartej na wiedzy wymaga stałej obserwacji otoczenia i wychwytywania pojawiających się w nim szans i zagrożeń. Warunkiem powodzenia takiej strategii jest dostęp do aktualnej i adekwatnej informacji. Zasoby te znajdują się w posiadaniu wielu podmiotów na rynku, a dostęp do nich wymaga współpracy i otwartości na dzielenie się wiedzą. Pomocne w procesie wymiany tego niezwykle cennego zasobu może być wykorzystanie sieci powiązań łączących organizacje i mechanizmów nią rządzących.The article concerns the beneńts of using the interorganizational ties management for building the agile knowledge based organization. The starting point of this paper is a presentation of trends ari­sing in the contemporary environment that pose high demands on organizations to adapt to the rapidly changing market conditions. The success in implementing the agile knowledge based organization model is dependent on a constant observation of the environment and an ability to detect opportunities and threats emerging from it. The precondition of succeeding in applying this strategy is the access to the latest and adequate information. These resources are in the possession of various subjects on the market and accessing them requires cooperation and openness to knowledge sharing. lt might be helpful to use the networks of interorganizational ties and the mechanisms governing their functioning in the exchange process of these exquisitely valuable resources.
