Abstract

The moth genus Argyrana was described by Koehler in 1951. We studied 539 specimens and here redescribe the adults, male and female genitalia. Two new species are reported for Araucanía and Aysén (ix Region and xi Region, Chile; the genus was previously known only from Argentina). These moths fly in October, November and February.
