Gestión y profesionalización de las relaciones públicas en las diputaciones provinciales y forales

Abstract

The governments of the Spanish provinces, diputaciones provinciales and forales, manage a good part of the resources of the State, they develop, together with the city councils, the policies that relate more closely to the day to day of citizenship and, all of them have an intense communication work. In this frame, the present article analyzes the management of the communication in the above mentioned institutions, about their human resources, the organization of their communication departments and the formation of its persons in charge, on whom there relapses the mission of the communicative management of the public activity of the institutions we are studying. This is a novel investigation that tries to realize a radiography of the communicative management of these public institutions in Spain.
