Abstract

Treatment of psoriasis is rapidly changing with improved understanding of the pathogenesis of the disease. Newer topical preparations such as calcipotriol and immunosuppressive agents such as cyclosporin A and FK506 are having a major impact on the therapy of psoriasis.
