Abstract

In the present work the principal aspects of the Act 4/2004, dated 19 th may of the Comunitat Valenciana (Spain) and the Act 14/2006, dated 9 th November, Region of Murcia (Spain), of arboreal monumental heritage that they protect to the tree as natural monument. The trees are an identifying and of integration element of the cultural landscape linked with the tourism of nature and the design of routes that allow to the tourist to know the monumental protected trees. He will promote the tourism been interested in the cultural heritage and the dynamization of a territory.
