Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh faktor budaya pada bisnis internasional dengan fokus pada komunikasi, sikap dan perilaku, etika bisnis, bahasa, adaptasi produk, dan manajemen diversitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan budaya memengaruhi secara signifikan aspek-aspek kunci dalam bisnis internasional. Pemahaman mendalam terhadap norma komunikasi, nilai, dan strategi adaptasi produk menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi hambatan dan memanfaatkan peluang di pasar global. Kesimpulannya, integrasi budaya dalam strategi bisnis mendukung keberhasilan operasi internasional di era globalisasi. This research analyzes the influence of cultural factors on international business with a focus on communication, attitudes and behavior, business ethics, language, product adaptation, and diversity management. The method used is a qualitative approach. The research results show that cultural differences significantly influence key aspects of international business. A deep understanding of communication norms, values, and product adaptation strategies is key to overcoming obstacles and exploiting opportunities in the global marketplace. In conclusion, cultural integration in business strategy supports the success of international operations in the era of globalization.
