Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational climate against turnover employeeintention.the location of this research is pt. jayakarta balindo. the number of samples taken was 95 employees, with amethod simple random sampling. The method of determining the number of samples in this study using a sampling technique is also called a saturated or census sampling. Data collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of multiple regression analysis indicated that organizational commitment negatively affect turnoverintention. The analysis also showed that organizational climate negatively affect turnover intention  so turnover intention can be increased when influenced by two variables.   Keywords: organizational commitment, organizational climate, turnover intention
