Abstract

The Covid 19 or corona virus Pandemic in the current situation is growing tremendously in India and there are huge numbers of positive cases recorded daily. The nature of the pandemic is that it causes respiratory infections ranging from common cold to severe infection. During the respiratory infections the patients would need hospital beds in critical care and ventilator support. The patients with high critical conditions are being allocated with hospital beds where the number patients are in huge number. This paper has developed an enhanced resource allocation algorithm based on the evolutionary algorithm multi objective dragonfly algorithm and queuing theory which can be utilized for bed allocation in general hospitals.
