Abstract
In the article “Tailoring optical metamaterials to tune the atom-surface Casimir-Polder interaction,” David Wilkowski’s list of affiliations was rearranged in numerical order. In the second paragraph of the Results section, the equation “Ωm = 9 MHz” in a sentence was incorrect. The sentence has been corrected to read, “The main beam goes through an electro-optic modulator to modulate its phase at “ωm/2π = 9 MHz”. In the fourth and eighth paragraphs of the Results section, the variable represented by the uppercase gamma symbol “Γ” was corrected with the addition of the denominator “2π”. The term now reads “Γ/2π” In the first equation in the Results section, the intensity variable “i” was added in front of the first term in the mathematical expression following the equal sign. In the first sentence after Eq. 1, the denominator “z” was omitted in the Lorentzian lineshape equation. The denominator has been added to the first expression of the equation. In Eq. 9 in the Materials and Methods section, a semi-colon after the z in parentheses was replaced with a comma to correctly report an excited-state potential. In Eqs. 9 and 10, the term in parenthesis was corrected from “(ro ro|ωen|)” to “(z, |ωen|)”. The HTML and PDF versions of the paper have been corrected.
