Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada Usaha Manufaktur Outliers.co (Studi Kasus pada Penjualan Online Jaket)

Abstract

This article aims to research the accounting information system that is running on Outliers.co engaged in jacket manufacturing businesses whose sales are done online. The research method used is a qualitative method with an observation approach by making observations on business activities. The data presented is a descriptive narrative that seeks to clearly describe events related to accounting information systems in manufacturing Outliers.co businesses. Data analysis techniques are carried out by means of the researcher's interpretation of the data obtained and the reduction of data by drawing a depiction of conclusions. The results show that the accounting information system in the Outliers.co manufacturing business is not a particular concern for business owners because all records are done manually by direct business owners and currently the business owner's focus is still in advertising and product development. From the results of observations made by the author concluded the need for procedures from the cycle of cash receipts, cash expenditures, inventories, employee payroll and the presentation of financial statements along with forms and documents related to all transactions made. In addition, the need for the Inventory / delivery section and the finance section to help continue business activities so that business owners focus on advertising and product development that will eventually make the business grow again because business owners are more concentrated on accelerating sales.
