Toxic compounds of Palythoa tuberculosa (Coelenterata), palytoxin and its analogs

Abstract

Our studies on the elucidation of structure and stereochemistry of palytoxin including minor toxins, which were named homopalytoxin, bishomopalytoxin, neopalytoxin and deoxypalytoxin have been reported. The conformation of palytoxin has been further discussed.
