Abstract

Cumplimiento del sistema de abastecimientos, y sus efectos en las entidades del estado en Ayacucho Compliance with the supply system, and its effects on state entities in Ayacucho RESUMEN: El objetivo fue determinar cómo se muestra la evaluación del cumplimiento del sistema de abastecimientos, en los logros de sus metas, de las entidades del estado en la región Ayacucho, 2018. De diseño descriptivo explicativo, la muestra fue de 72 jefes de las oficinas de abastecimiento de la región Ayacucho, a los que se aplicó un cuestionario. Se determinó que, el 56% de las entidades estudiadas, entregan los bienes, de forma adecuada, el 43% de forma regular, y solo 1% de la forma muy adecuada; 73,6% que el arrendamiento fue regular, mientras que el 15,3% fue inadecuada; la revisión periódica de las estanterías y arreglo de las mismas, con un 54,2% de manera regular, 34,7% adecuada, y el 11,1% inadecuada; el 73,6% manifestaron que, la desincorporación del bien es autorizado por el director de la administración o titular de la entidad, se efectúa de forma regular, el 25% de forma inadecuada, y solo 1,4% de la forma adecuada. Se concluye que, existe una asociación muy significativa, entre la manera de cumplimiento de entrega de bienes, la prestación de servicios, la distribución de bienes, y el mantenimiento de bienes; y el logro de metas, por haberse encontrado que, el p-valor < α 0,05. Por el contrario, no existe asociación significativa entre la manera como se cumple con la distribución de bienes en el registro y control de bienes, la recuperación de bienes, y la disposición final de bienes, y el logro de metas. Explanatory descriptive design, the sample was 72 heads of the offices of supply of the Ayacucho region, to which a questionnaire was applied. It is concluded that, there is a very significant association, between the manner of compliance with the delivery of goods, the provision of services, the distribution of goods, and the maintenance of goods; and the achievement of goals, for having found that, the p-value α = 0.05.
