Abstract

During research on gastrotrichs in damp areas of the Apennines, three new species (Dasydytes (Setopus) tongiorgii n.sp., Ichthydium tanytrichum n.sp., and Aspidiophorus ophiodermus n. sp.), have been found in Lake Greppo, Pistoia, Italy, and are described and illustrated in this study. The subgenus Setopus is recorded for the first time in Italy. © 1982 Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.
