Abstract

It is shown that the blood‐pressure in cats is higher in spring than in winter to an extent which is mathematically significant. Evidence is given which suggests that this increased pressure is due to an increased activity of the sympathetic part of the autonomic nervous system. © 1932 The Physiological Society
